I’m Angela Larson, a baker who makes cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other creative confections, from my home in West Concord, Minnesota.

Being a cottage food producer registered with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, all items are homemade and not subject to state inspection.

My personal favorite items include (but certainly are not limited to): Cocoa Fudge Cake, Cranberry White Chocolate Chip cookies, and frosting—all frosting!

All orders must be picked up, or delivered, within the State of Minnesota. Delivery area is limited, and charges may apply. Minnesota cottage food regulations do not permit shipping.

Items may be made using equipment that has come into contact with nuts. The kitchen is NOT 100% nut free. Wheat, dairy, soy, and eggs are frequently used. Please inquire about the possibility of dietary or allergen accommodations.
